Who is Odelia?
With marble-top bistro tables and velvet seating, the Odelia environment and personality is luxe and refined, but warm enough to avoid being stuffy or overly fancy. Think French salon chic à la Midnight in Paris, but cozier and infinitely more welcoming. Our tone is calm and intimate. We’re Mandeville’s new old classic, a favorite brasserie with European vacation vibes, evoking a trip across the pond without leaving the Northshore.
Founded by Blake De Brock, whom is a local geologist and sommelier, and Kim De Brock, an interior designer responsible for many country wide restaurant designs. Blakes wife Caroline De Brock, a registered dietitian, is responsible for Odelia's kitchen and menu which incorporates only the freshest, local ingredients.
